Your First Visit
We are honored that you have chosen to trust us with your healthcare. We have a wonderful all-female staff that are well qualified to
provide you with excellent care. We provide in office ultrasounds including 4 D ultrasounds between 28-32 weeks gestation and minor in-office
procedures. We are conveniently located next to The Lourdes Women's Center where mammograms, bone density studies, and ultrasounds can be scheduled
for the same day as your exam with us. Our office is in on the 2nd floor of the Marshall Nemer Pavilion of Lourdes Hospital
located at exit 7 off I-24 in Paducah, Kentucky.
Don't forget to bring your insurance card with you to your appointment as we will need a copy of it for your record.
We will be happy to bill your insurance for services rendered however, any co-payments or other known amounts due from you will be collected at
the time of service. It will be helpful for you to bring a list of your current medications including dosages.
Writing down your symptoms and any questions you wish to discuss during your exam will help to assure you don't forget anything that is important
to you and could play a valuable role in your treatment. There may be times when the doctors are called out for a delivery or emergency
situation during the course of the day. Our Nurse Practitioners are available to provide exceptional care for you in their absence.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so that another patient can be seen in your place.
